Emergencies happen everyday - and at any time of day.
If your pet experiences an emergency during our business hours - please come in. Call to let us know if you are able. We will help you immediately upon arrival- just let us know where you are parked and we will assess your pet and assist you in bringing them inside.
There are several hospital options if your pet needs care after hours.

We have also paired with a wonderful company: Vet Triage (click to connect!). You can instantly connect with Vet Triage's in-house team of veterinarians via video chat from any computer or mobile device. The fee for their service is $50.00. VetTriage veterinarians are able to view a live stream of your pet on screen, assess the situation, offer advice, and provide a plan of action for your pet. From their website: Vet-prescribed plans of action may include at home care and monitoring until your pet is healed or your family vet is available. In some cases we may refer your pet to the nearest 24-hour veterinary emergency hospital for immediate assessment, diagnostics, treatment and life-saving intervention. The Vet Triage team will forward your pet's medical notes and recommendations to us and will contact us or the Emergency Hospital to assist you if immediate in person care is advised.
We are happy to have this service available as they work to keep your doctor here informed about your pet's medical care and, should your pet require emergency services at one of the local E/R's, they help to facilitate that visit.

When you arrive, please feel free to utilize our curbside service, via our mobile app. Open your app; tap the 3 lines in the upper left corner; tap "Check In/Pick Up" and provide your info. There are signs with directions in each parking spot.
We have found that pets generally are happier waiting in their vehicles with you until we are ready to go directly into the exam room. And for all other things - we are happy to come out to you!
